See what goes with your energy, mood and drive — in your own data
Men's Energy & Libido Tracker is a private 30-second daily check-in. It looks for patterns between how you feel and your sleep, workouts, heart rate variability and steps from Apple Health. Your check-ins and Health data stay on your iPhone.

No account, no uploads
There's no sign-in. Your check-ins and Health data stay on your iPhone: the app never uploads them, and it never stores them in iCloud.
Patterns you can check
Each pattern says what it compares and how it's counted, and that it shows two things moving together — never a cause, never a medical claim.
30 seconds a day
Rate your energy, mood, libido and focus from 1 to 5. Add tags for alcohol, caffeine after 2 pm or a stressful day, and an optional one-line note. That's the whole daily habit.
No extra hardware
The app reads what Apple Health already has — no ring, no strap, no separate subscription for hardware. Check-ins and your iPhone's steps are enough to start; sleep and heart rate variability usually come from an Apple Watch or a similar device.
How it works
- Check in. Once a day, rate how you feel. It takes about 30 seconds, and you can fill in a missed day up to three days back.
- Connect Apple Health (optional). The app reads sleep, workouts, heart rate variability and step count — read-only, and only after you say yes on a plain-language screen.
- See your patterns. After enough days of data, the app shows which pairs tend to move together for you — for example, more sleep and higher energy the next day. Each pattern explains what it compares, never why.
Built around a daily habit
- A weekly recap of your check-ins, on the Today tab once you have checked in on three days of a week.
- A widget, a Lock Screen widget and a Control that show whether you've checked in today and open the app. They show nothing else about you: no ratings, no notes, no Health figures.
- Optional reminders: a daily nudge and a weekly recap notice that you switch on yourself, and one two days before a free trial ends. They run on your iPhone, with fixed text.
Free and Pro
The free plan includes daily check-ins, the Apple Health import, one pattern chosen from your own data once your data shows it, trends for the last 7 and 30 days, your notes and the weekly recap. Pro unlocks every pattern your data shows, with your own numbers behind each, and longer trend periods back to your first day. Pro starts with a one-month free trial for new subscribers, then renews monthly or yearly until you cancel. Subscriptions are handled by Apple; prices are on the Support page and in the app.
Not a medical app
Men's Energy & Libido Tracker doesn't measure hormone levels and isn't medical advice. It shows patterns in your own self-reported ratings and your own Apple Health data, described as correlations you can look at — not conclusions about your health. Talk to a doctor about any health concern. If low energy, low mood or low libido lasts or worries you, talk to a doctor — the app can't tell you why.
